We’re delighted to welcome Yorkshire Wold to the Hearty’s Food Hall Family

If you’ve been to Tong recently, you may have noticed our fabulous, new-look butchery department, brought to you in association with East Yorkshire butcher Yorkshire Wold.

Yorkshire Wold’s MD, Christopher Smith, is excited by the opportunity: “This is our first retail partnership, and we’re delighted to be working with the Hearty’s team, who share our passion for provenance and excellence. We’re looking forward to getting to know the customers and being able to advise them about cuts of meat, recipe ideas and cooking instructions.”

Yorkshire Wold will also supply quality produce to the nine restaurants across our four sites at Tong, Tingley, Otley and Bingley garden centres.

Our Head of Food, Sarah Dwyer, said of the change: “We’re very excited to team up with Yorkshire Wold butchery both within Hearty’s at Tong and group-wide in our restaurants.
