We’ve partnered with a York business for leadership and management training
We’re excited to have enlisted the support of Alex Firmin from York business, Promethean Executive to create a bespoke training programme for our future leaders and managers, focused on helping us be ‘Great By Nature’.
Head of People and Culture, Neil Barwise-Carr has worked with Promethean in the past: “Alex has an excellent reputation for creating and delivering practical modules which help individuals focus on their own leadership strengths, whilst developing self-awareness as a leader.
“They (Promethean) use the principles of psychology to explain behaviours and allow leaders to develop greater empathy and emotional intelligence that benefits the whole team. This is exactly what we need as we prepare to open our second and subsequent sites.”
