WE LOVE MARRDS TANDOORI MARINADES

Marrds innovative tandoori marinades has been on the shelves at Tong ever since we hosted a food tasting event and everyone who tasted their tandoori basted potatoes declared them an instant hit.  The marinades are lovingly made by hand just a few miles away in Wyke to a secret family recipe that has been passed down through the generations by the Panesar family. They are an authentic blend of 10 aromatic spices, ginger, turmeric with one of the ingredients being slow roasted for three days to give the marinades their intense flavour.

A store cupboard staple, we use the delicious marinades to add flavour pre-cooking to everything from meat and fish to vegetables and to baste food when barbecueing, grilling or roasting – the smell is divine!

There are four heats from mild to flaming hot to suit all tastes. Why not team them with up something from our butchery counter for a delicious teatime treat?
