Terms & Conditions – Afternoon Tea

Please note at the time of booking we request your Credit/Debit Card details in order to reserve your time. We will take payment for your Afternoon Tea event in person on the day in The Mezzanine. In the event of a non-attendance you will be charged the full amount for the number of people you have booked to attend. To avoid the charge for non-attendance you must either cancel your booking using our online system or contact the Mezzanine to inform them of your cancellation 24 hours before your reservation time, please email mezzanine@tonggardencentre.co.uk
