We’re delighted to announce that we have resolved the issues with our booking system which occurred yesterday.

We’d like to assure you that, from 1.22pm yesterday, no bookings or payments have been taken so there will be still plenty of availability for both events.

If you received an email confirmation, then your booking was processed successfully.

We have made the decision to delay the release of tickets to the general public until midday on Thursday 16th September to provide you sufficient time to make the booking of your choice.

We’d like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for your patience and support.

I can’t complete my booking and I have an error message indicating that there are items in my basket that need to be emptied before completing

  • Go to SETTINGS in your web browser
  • In the SEARCH SETTINGS bar at the top of the page search for CACHE
  • Select CLEAR BROWSING DATA
  • Click CLEAR DATA button
  • Then restart your device, you should then be able to place your booking

My booking fails the security check

Please check you have entered your address and postcode correctly which is linked to the relevant payment card
